No time to elaborate, but I got into a Twitter skirmish with Mr. O'Leary today.
Oddly, he came out of hiding to bicker with the SLH Twitter account.
He is spouting the Trumpish "Lets move on, the people have voted" line...so I felt compelled to chime in.
If anyone is interested, you can follow my Twitter @MikeDeneen1 and read it for yourself.
Thanks, Mike!
Loved your tweet responses!

So, the little man has come out of hiding to spew more of his lies! Mr. yes man, oops, I mean O'Leary, we will move on when we are damn good and ready to! The citizens of Lakewood can think for themselves. Unlike you, the one that says yes to Lord Lakewood whenever he says jump.
O'Leary, release the public records that Butler is holding hostage. Release the true city check book and how much money we really have and how you all really spent our money. Please explain, with all documentation all the money paid to Zaremba, Scalish Construction and North Coast Health. Please explain all the HUD properties, with full documentation, that Summers and Extended Company gave away for free to their alleged friends. Please show all documents, work orders, cancelled checks, etc. for C&J demolition.
O'Leary, it appears to me that you and your comrades have left a lot of unanswered questions that you owe the tax payers of Lakewood answers to. Move on, really? This is just the beginning! What are you all going to do? You all appear to be having difficulty already with all that has been happening.
We will move on when we have ALL our questions answered, and frankly, when we are good and ready. One dictator in this city is enough, we do not need Summer's mini me!
I will expect to see you on the Deck quite frequently in the next several days with your answers and documentation.
Speaking of lawsuits, please say hi to your alleged friend, Judge O'Donnell!

Move on
Move on is code for shut up.
They want to "move on" to put out the spotlight that's on them and stop the talk.
The lawsuit didn't work and neither will whiny pleas on Twitter.
This debacle isn't going away until it's dissected, we get the truth, and responsible parties are held accountable.

Bridget,
Besides all the lovely secrets that I listed above your post that O'Leary and others need to answer, there is one other issue.
O'Leary, could you please explain why, in the last two Lakewood elections, there were dead people that voted, people voting that did not live in Lakewood, fictitious persons voting from Lakewood resident's addresses, fictitious addresses listed where there are no homes standing, persons voting from empty lots, etc. Really? The people voted? I think a lot of "Fake" persons voted!
Who instigated this alleged crime? Summers and Coucil? Armond Budish? Judge O'Donnell?
It appears that we have Summers and Extended Company, Armond Budish, Cuyahoga County Government, Cuyahoga County Judicial system and Judge John P. O'Donnell allegedly involved in a city, or possibly, a county wide scam.
I will be anxiously awaiting John P. O'Donnell's ruling on whether or not to dismiss the hospital case. Anybody want to place bets? I allege that he has allready played his part out quite well by refusing a stay order, stalling the case, and god only knows what else! Wake up people. These people are not your friends and could care less whether Lakewood lives or dies.
I allege they will all take their money and run! Hopefully, we will be able to witness all of them being led out of city hall in chains and orange jumpsuits! If this were to happen, would Summers still be able to allegedly pay off the media to not cover this story? Hmmm.

O'Leary is playing for 2019.
He appointed a CCF doctor working for NCHM who is being paid by CCF, but claims his support of closing the hospital was his effort to get us away from CCF.
O'Leary is trying confuse people by hiding from his own positions---forked tongue--forked Sam-Twitters.

Speaking of council members.
They all knew the Observer was being sued, yet NOT ONE COUNCIL MEMBER spoke out against this frivolous suit.
Surely they weren't so naive to think it was a private issue?
That suit was a SLAPP suit against the Observer and they all knew it. In fact, I'd be surprised if a few of them weren't well aware of it prior to filing.
So here we have a council of supposed Democrats who supposedly value American principles, yet they saw nothing wrong with an attack on our local media and the attempt to silence dissent.
NOT ONE COUNCIL MEMBER SPOKE OUT.
NOT ONE had the courage to stand up for what was right and denounce the suit.
What does that tell you about this council? They don't stand up for residents, they don't stand up for the First Amendment.
What DO they stand for?

Let's be honest. Councilman Anderson, Marx, Bullock, Litten and O'Leary knew all about the lawsuit, knew it was frivolous, and knew the mayor had hired him knowing his past, and that he was going after the Mayor's enemy list.
And these good Democrats, family people, people with kids, women, stood silently by, then gave the mayor camouflage.
Some claim they are god fearing good people.
If they were good humans, honest humans, cared about the City, and decency, they would have their own investigation. We turned up tons in minutes, and that was with City Hall turning over nothing, and fighting it every inch of the way. Imagine what they could find!!!
Stay tuned, time to clean out city hall.

No, they are a bunch of PHONIES. To keep silent when a city employee is harassing residents, and to brush it off as "no big deal," as I've heard the mayor characterize it, is utter elitism by that group of privileged and self-important .....what's the word here? Where is kate Parker when you need her?

"History will have to record that the greatest tragedy of this period of social transition was not the strident clamor of the bad people, but the appalling silence of the good people." Martin Luther King, Jr.
The list of who knew what when is staggering. What they stand for is appalling. What they did, was insane, morally bankrupt, and...
It was the cover up of the "plumbers" that brought Nixon down, as I said over a year ago.
City Hall, City Council, The Mayor, the administration is morally bankrupt.
Think back, remember here, a "member" that attacked Dru Siley and his wife, the day after she passed away.
Then look at who attacked us for those posts, and how nasty and bad the LO was. Chit chat back and forth, until REAL OBSERVERS stepped in here very quickly, and said stop. That poster was found not to be real. Oh it was a real person. Someone with disabilities that someone had hijacked and assumed their identity, to hurt the Observer and make it look bad. They continued the conversation all over social media, and they knew the truth.
The only people with humanity in this bullshit were Observers. Facebook, other "nice" sites, attacked the LO in mass, and the project for days.
How low City Hall has gone, will make you sick. Or it should. And they all knew, all along.
Think about that.

So Jim, any COUNCIL MEMBER call and congratulate you now that the lawsuit was struck down? Maybe apologize for not defending the American right to free speech?
Regrets for standing on the sidelines while the Observer, which they clearly make use of, was attacked and the free speech rights of residents threatened?
Let's not call them "leaders" anymore, please. They are sheep who do as they are told and can't think for themselves.
Shameless and shameful.

Jim O'Bryan is a big meany pants and everybody knows it. He keeps pointing and yelling about how emperors are running around naked.
Oh sure he'll publish anything that anyone wants to contribute to the newspaper, but he's just horrid on that awful Observation Deck (which nobody reads).
He tells all sorts of lies (that somehow turn into truth). He is against progress and has done nothing good for Lakewood.
He (and others) have talked about things they knew to be true. Summers hired a fellow with an uncomfortable and well documented past filled with examples of being a bad neighbor. He was to work at City Hall and interact with citizens. The fellow tried to intimidate Lakewood people. Instead of being intimidated, the Lakewoodites contacted authorities and proved that their allegations were true. He was offered an opportunity to resign his City job and he took it. Before all of this mess unravelled, this fellow was chosen to work on the Mayor's re-election web site. Meanwhile, Lawyer Build Lakewood decided to prop this poor puppet up to sue the Observer. If you haven't looked up the definition of a SLAPP suit, it is this: "A strategic lawsuit against public participation (SLAPP) is a lawsuit that is intended to censor, intimidate, and silence critics by burdening them with the cost of a legal defense until they abandon their criticism or opposition."
I'm still on the edge of my seat. Will Build Lakewood (Wasn't that founded by School Board member Linda Bebee?) find another stooge to go up against Mr. Meanypants? Will O'Bryan sue for court and lawyer costs (probably not and that makes me very unhappy)? Will our elected officials never tire of trying to shut their opponents up?
And if shutting up the press or discussion boards by the government or government agents isn't a problem for City Council and Build Lakewood, where does the disappearing line of ethics end? Our elected officials seemed to feel that if they aren't profiting from making these deals, then everything must be okay.
Will voters and Council members still remember the halcyon days playing soccer with Summer's kids? Everything seemed good and nice. And it's only malcontents who keep peeling back the layers of lies that stretch back further than we ever imagined.
Our elected officials have no shame. They have no ethics. They're in power and they don't care about anything.
I always loved George Orwell and Franz Kafka, but I never realized I'd be living in their nightmares.

That lawsuit just exemplified everything that is wrong in Lakewood.
From hiring unqualified cronies on the city payroll, to the blind eye turned when residents were harassed and intimidated, to the support of a phony lawsuit created
with a devious motive ....it's all so sick and sordid.
This city and its administration is sick.
An objective outsider, the judge in the case, had NO trouble quickly discerning that the lawsuit was bogus. He knew it was a SLAPP suit and he shut it down. All the misrepresentations and distortions in that suit, trying to make Jim look bad, so they could keep spreading their lies about him -well, that all got turned right back on their heads. Outside of Lakewood, outside of their incestuous tight-knit bunch of groupies, it was as clear as day this was all manufactured bull crap.
But it's going to all be exposed. That day is coming, as much as they try to distract and deflect. There will be a reckoning.

I am confused. I thought Beebe was one of the stooges?
She has been licensed to practice law for nearly 35 years, but the Dark Money Insiders got her (and a dozen others) to file a police complaint against me to try to shut me up based upon on a Deck post.
stooge
1.
derogatory
a person who serves merely to support or assist others, particularly in doing unpleasant work.
"you fell for that helpless-female act and let her make you a stooge"
synonyms: underling, minion, lackey, subordinate; More
2.

The stooges feel threatened all the time.
Threatened by the thought that their plans will go awry.
Threatened by the thought that they can't control people.
Threatened by the idea that people have opinions and are free to publicly speak them.
Threatened by the truth.
Threatened by the eventual exposure of their mistruths and misdeeds.
