Wow, bold statement. You will cite where you read that, right?

Wow. This place has turned into a shitshow. Judge O'Donnell is an honorable judge. Lori, your statement is beyond the pale.

Do you just mash your keyboard with both palms and see what comes up on the screen?

Agreed... a bold and disrespectful accusation. The judge is a man of great character and integrity. It is comments like this that discredit and discourage positive discourse on the deck. It is a shame because I have always appreciated and looked forward to the incredible research presented by Ms. Allen in other threads. It would be my hope that those defamatory remarks be removed.

Not sure why you say "unlikely"? After all, they are lying about the money.
Sometimes while striving for brevity, I sacrifice clarity. I was referring to old fashioned corruption like personal bribes, not the creative schemes described here.

But I think it goes back to something very basic, something Brian illuminated when he posted the image saying, "Don't cling to a mistake just because you spent a long time making it." When it all comes out, I bet the explanation will be very close to that insight.

Lori seems off base here.
But a concern that shouldn't be out of bounds is that he is running for state Supreme Court and no doubt needs the campaign funds that the deep-pocketed defendants in this lawsuit could provide. Asking for reassurance about this doesn't seem disrespectful to me, but I don't know the protocol of the court system.
