The process may not have been a sham but the results certainly were.
As I see it, Lakewood as a whole, is ideally located/situated to maintain a viable hospital within it's city limits. Unfortunately, those trusted with running the hospital, CCF, had other plans and those trusted with overseeing the CCF, LHA, bought their pack of lies regardless of what the hospital's ledger said.

This doesn't look like a big deal to me. Subsidium was bought by Schumacher. That kind of thing happens all the time. Lisa Fry, who came to Lakewood for the dog-and-pony show last January, is still there. But I wonder if Schumacher knows that they also bought a lawsuit.

I'd infer that if they bought the assets, they also bought the liabilities, but I don't know that. Maybe somebody else does.

Searches for news about Subsidium come up dry, except for their escapades in Lakewood. But it appears that Subsidium has been part of Schumacher for some time now, perhaps even before Jan. 2015.

I stand corrected, forgive me.
I now agree with you and you with me--Subsidium did not perform many services---because Summers and his CCF/LHA colleagues Gable and Gorton (CCF puppets) only engaged them to point in one direction--to close the hospital--"healthcare is changing"
Subsidium did not do what Mrs. Fry claims to be her specialty--"revenue enhancement"--and we all know why---her marching orders were to destroy revenue---Revenue took a nose-dive starting in 2015--right after her "recommendation" to demolish the hospital was announced.
They were hired to "whitewash" Summers' plan to get rid of the hospital--Bullock and Madigan were in on it too from the very beginning.
We have the goods on all of them---the more they and you surrogates struggle to rewrite history, the tighter the noose gets.

I believe it would be a big mistake if SLH attorney's don't take depositions from these people or better yet, they need to have them testify.
