Not so fast, that is their song not ours. Justice will prevail! There is way to much information for this issue to just go away.
Why mayor summers and friends want to degrade Lakewood and it's Citizens is a real mystery. The people on the right side of this issue will not go away!

If an emergency stay order is requested, I feel that it would be in the interest of justice to grant the request. If O'Donnell still claims he has not had enough time to review all of the evidence, then that is all the more reason to grant an emergency stay order. How can you judge something that you don't completely know about yet?
If others do not feel that Judge O'Donnell is being fair and is being blinded by a conflict of interest, it may behoove them to contact the Ohio Supreme Court here:

You do not have to be a member of SLH or the lawsuit to voice your concerns. I believe any resident in Lakewood has the right to do this.

Dan,
I think you may have mistakenly posted this on the wrong thread. This thread is not about Butler. This thread is about how it appears that Judge O'Donnell is corrupt and should have recused himself from the SLH case. Also, whether or not a Stay has been requested on this case and will he grant it.

Lori, look back a few posts. I was replying to Patrick Wadden.

Just a reminder:
The hospital lawsuit is coming up soon. Some people have written to or called the Ohio Supreme Court to register a complaint about Judge O'Donnell not recusing himself due to conflict of interest. Please call or write ASAP as the case is coming up next month.

I believe the lawsuit represents the tax payers of Lakewood, so , you do not have to be a member of Save Lakewood Hospital Group to file a complaint. Let's ban together as a community to assure a fair trial. It takes a village! Please call or write today!

Just a friendly reminder that another hearing is scheduled soon. It is not too late to write or call the above agency and voice your concerns if anyone, like I, feel that the judge's impartiality is questionable.
