What if they never cared if we trusted them?

An odd way to show trust, is not trusting the other in any aspect of what is going on.

Another odd way to win it back, is to keep it secret after being given the vote of residents.

As proven with many other aspects in this town, "We don't care how you do it, just do something."

You drifted, but I get your drift.

This thread was about why we should not trust CCF, but it could easily apply to why at least 48% of voters don't trust the government to decide the future of healthcare for them.

To answer your first question, if an elected leader never cared if we trusted him, then he induced votes by falsely representations---it would be equally hard to restore that "trust" because it was one sided to begin with i.e. not mutual.
