Okay folks. You should be all set now. Log out and log back in to make sure the settings take hold. Then Go to your User Control Panel ( the little person icon on the top left ) and use the screenshot below to find the avatar menu.

Nope. Logged off; logged back in; still getting "avatar function currently disabled."
Does it matter that I doing this on my iPhone?
