When will you stop abusing people because they have different opinions than you? If someone spoke to you the way you speak some here on the Deck, you'd definitely have something to say about it.

Here's some of the guidelines.
Your link wrote:Other benefits such as children’s health insurance, food assistance and subsidized child care may still be available to you and your family after the thirty six month period. Under certain circumstances, you may be able to receive additional cash assistance once your time limit has been exhausted.

I agree. Thank you for the welcoming. I do find some of the discussions here not to be something I am interested in, but you old-deckers seem to always keep me smiling at your comments and rants regardless.
I will post when I feel I need to post, and not just on subjects that deal with being a city employee. And hope to participate more often.

Turn that frown upside down!
Do not let them win. They are all about the marginalization of those that are not as "gifted." Well from a guy that spent most of his life in the van in the parking actually succeeding while those that are "gifted" fall by the wayside, invite you to hang out in the parking lot and smoke cigarettes, or whatever whole we watch the show.
Seriously, do not go, do not give up that is what they want.
Together we can bring them out of the shadows, out of the closets and FORCE them to be honest, forthcoming, and public.
It will be fun.

All the Observer has ever asked for is your participation on a level you can put up with.
