So you want me to go to my loving wife of 23 fabulous years. A woman that gives and gives and gives, and never, ever asks for anything, and tell her to take down her sign?

I mean I am 6'4", but she has those pointy little fists that hurt.

Maybe you could just ask her to take down the LO sign.

She would gladly take down the LO Signs.

She loves me in the graphic business, she hates my hobby as publisher.

So the Observer did not endorse Obama?

People driving and walking by don't know the "specific corporation arrangements".

The sign is there for people to see and it is right next to the huge LO sign.

Unless you want the image of endorsement why don't you simply remove one of the signs, or just come out and officially endorse him.

You are riding the fence and that is worse then making a decision. O wait, your candidate is great at "PRESENT" votes, you are simply mimicking him. Great job. ;)

The LO has never endorsed a political candidate and has only endorsed one political issue - the school levy.

Jim has strongly felt that being a publisher should not abrogate his rights as an individual.

Crap!!! I hit "enter" too soon. Darn Law and Order ...LOL.
I know that the Plain Dealer endorses people all the time. I dont know if they do "presidents" but I know they do for others. I remember seeing it before.
I personally never saw the sign, I was just around that area today. Then again, I am one to pay attention to the road, lights, people all around and dont look up at signs.

So now you attack my wife, and her 1st Amendment rights.

I would expect that from a person supporting a candidate that encourages the assassination of the other candidate.

Of course it is refreshing seeing you put your real name on the attacks against the LO and my wife.

rolling on the floor laughing so hard it hurts.

Pretty sick when the businessman of the year for our city believes in assassination plots by a presidential candidate. Goes to show that if you repeats lies enough even honest people get caught up in them.

Quick comparison - so if the YMCA put up a candidate picture in the window of the hospital wing of its building it wouldnt give the "impression" that the hospital was endorsing the candidate?

Come on Jim, just have your little "board meeting" with all of the "owners" of your club and make an endorsement. At least I would compliment you for having the courage to make a real decision.

BTW - I always use my real name when I knock you and the LO. "Nothing that I haven't said to your face." ;)

Ryan the LO isn't a 501c3. It is a for profit and can endorse anything it wants to.

Jim - Maybe Ryan will be donating free advertising space to the LO like AGF has.

Sharon,

Are you reading?

I told him to endorse. I would be fine with that. But to pretend he isn't is a joke.

Ryan -

I love your spirit and mind. You have been real treat and inspiration for me. I treasure that. You talents and gifts are absolutely wonderful! Your many writings are absolutely fascinating. Of all the people I have met in my entire life, you surely stand out on top. It is incredible how little I knew about all your wonderful work, certainly a life well lived and I hope that you are well rewarded in the next life. Thank you so much for your enlightenment and wisdom. I wish to go on the permanent record on this matter, you are one of a kind.
