It is possible and yes we do need one.

Just waiting to hear from the party planner.

darn that means I'm not invited

:P

Well I don't plan on coming anyway if I'm going to get embarrassed by Bret's elementary school kid who bowls a higher score than me.

I'll add that if we were bowling at madison square lanes, I'd be unstoppable. There's something in the air at Mahall's that makes me get along with Republicans and lose to them in bowling!

I kid, I kid.

Ivor, fear not, I am the worst bowler ever. So you can come to the party and be happy in the knowledge that my score will be worse than yours.

Oh I can wipe all the republicans' booties with my bowling skills. LOL.

Sharon,

If you are asking me to partner with you on the alley I would be honored! I had such fun with you at the last party. No word on this from Jim perhaps he meant a different party planner and I have over stepped here.

Mrs Scott.

There is only one party planner for this and it would be you. The best party planner.

I was worried you might be too busy after all you are planning the Jack Gustin/Chas Geiger Roast. Then you were just put on the board of The Clifton Club (she did ask about hosting the party there). Your daughter starting school while one son is off starting college. Whew!

All right over night dance at the YMCA to fund legislation to allow VP candidates without lipstick in Lakewood! OK, maybe I am not a good party planner. We will get this sorted out.

Right Jennifer?

Jennifer - I would be dangerous with a bowling ball, trust me on this.

But I will work the make-a-badge table again where you and I can be absolutely ridiculous again.

Non-partisan hilarity is a good thing.

I think the LO needs to make these annual, as a way to put politics behind all Lakewoodites and move on as Lakewoodites.

As we at the Lakewood Observer have always believed.

"The conversation is paramount to a true democracy.

and then

the party."

Ivor,

I'm an independent, which means that I have no problem rolling my ball to the left or to the right, depending on which pins need to be knocked down.

And the trick to beating my son, is that he has trouble adding up the score, so you just write down whatever you want in the final frame and he won't know the difference.

Mrs. Scott????   Over night at the Y? Who would chaperone? How about something at the "new" Winterhurst? Bowling is always a great idea or perhaps we could do a cookout at Madison or Lakewood park. The bandstand could be used for some live music. Thoughts?

Society's Child==

The public parks are fine places and deserve our support. However, the availability of beer has always added to the attraction of our parties.

But, I do like the idea of a cookout. What a quandary?!

Mahall's was fun, indoors in case of bad weather, and friendly to any musical groups.

It does seem that several individuals have "thrown in the chips" for a bowling cage match.

Seems Obvious.

Stan chaperones, and brings the beer to the Y.

We can cook out in the pool or at Winterhurst.

I personally would rather see a spring clean-up party at the parks.

I like Tom and like Mahalls.

But might be having a party there next week!
