It would be nice to see them relocated instead of run out of business. There is plenty of space elsewhere in the city for them.

WHy is everyone assuming that the new owner is running people out of business? I think the music store may actually be staying on. And personally, I would rather 'lose' Olga's and the music store in favor of getting a new facade and upgraded building instead of what is there now....and if that means new tenant, so be it.

It looks like the music store has moved out. I walked by there yesterday and the store was completely empty.
