and what about all of the trash on the street and sidewalk at warren and madison next to the walgreens and in the street? It looked like a garbage truck exploded.

And I believe it was garbage day for that street - could there be a connection?

Can we double or triple the fine for littering in Lakewood?

I have a crazy idea. Next time we all see a piece of trash on the ground. STOP. Look Down. Pick it up. Drop it into the nearest trash can. I understand that some people want to make trash for others to pick up. I am willing to bet there are more people who want to pick up trash than those who want other people to pick it up
