I almost caught one this morning. Do we want to skin it at the bowling alley?

Do feel so insecure about readers of the LO attending this event that you extended it to Craigslist Rants & Raves readers???

Some of those posts (and the people behind them) are scarey!!

Not at all. I am sure that neither Jennifer, I, or the Advisory Board posted this on Craig's list.

I could go one step further, the Lakewood chamber of Commerce for some reason told their members. Many are LO members many are not. Then as I was speaking to people about "remember Woodtsock" I got a Google update, that it had hit their front page in the news section.

In the end we have to remember two things, 1) first party of the year, with much we can learn for the rest.
2) It is for members but more importantly Lakewood Christian Service Center.

I know we can count on Observers, who ever posted it on Craig's List was way out of line.

I did notice there was no mention of Lakewood Christian Service Center in the ad on Craiglist.

What is the maximum occupancy for the lanes?? Will people be turned away when that number is reached?

Don't forget to take your cameras and post photos (with captions) to a photoblog for those of us who can't make it.

Thanks!

Looking forward to tomorrow.

I hope Ryan Demro remembers he promised to dance on a table. I'm counting on him to be one of the chief rabble rousers!

No one from the board or on the party committee put that on Craig's list. I went back and made sure Lakewood Chistian Service Center was mentioned and that none Observer would be asked to write a check forLCSC.

No Observer member will be turned away. We have a ton of room, and two establisments in the area we could spill over into if needed.

I hope you make it, I would get there early.

Thanks to Jennifer Scott for organizing a great Observer party! Very nice to see some new and some familiar faces.

Gary Rice organized some fantastic music (although we missed Mark).

Mahall's was a great spot for a gathering.

I can't wait for some of the pictures to be blogged, because the Kumbaya spirit was out in force and posing together in Mahall's were Sharon Kinsella, Ryan Salo, Bryan Schwegler, Stephen Eisel and Ryan Demro. A moment later, Ryan Costa and I joined the happy group. And the earth didn't open up and swallow any of us.

Good to know that we can enjoy each other's company.

Agreed! It was great meeting Jim, Stephen, Bryan & Jennifer! I had a great time. We should definitely do this more often!

Thanks for the beer, Ryan! I owe you one!

What a great party and what a wonderful group of people, I've made some serious new buds and it was so nice to get hugs from people I'd just met in person.

Thanks Jennifer (you're the bomb). Gary (if I was straight you'd be my boyfriend). JOB - Too much fun.

And to my little republican boy band - ROCK ON!

Thanks to everyone who came it was great.
