But did I show you the paperwork from a couple residents in Clifton Park to make Clifton Beach Public?

The Economic Development Plan centers around a restaurant on the western tip(Red Lobster or Marks Steak House), a hotel(Econo Lodge or Roadway), and a couple small stores. There were sketches on widening the road down, and turning Lake into a 6 lane road. The drawings were dramatic. Profits would be used to reduce taxes.

It was great to see Stan Austin this morning, on the Lakefront Liberation Path, making sure the gate was open for the Lakewood Observer Panda Meditation group to descend peaceably to the grassy knoll for an hour of stretching and chanting.

When I high-fived, joked and asked Stan if he was keeping the key, he said he'll be sure to leave it beneath Councilman Dever's doormat.
