Thank you for the response.
My main concern is with how the School Board presents the contract. They continue to point towards the salary only number and not the total compensation number. I believe that they should fully disclose the contract terms and not try to use the lower number to soft pedal what they have done. After all, how many people are going to read through all 12+ pages of the contract and fine print. My point to them is that it is purposely misleading to point to the salary only number when the total compensation is over $90,000 more.
