First of the term "brewery" develops great visions of craft beer artisans working over huge copper kettles cranking out their brand of brew... The truth is far from this vision. It is my understanding their purchased their system from used from the Beer Engine, who are helping them install it.
Also to address this, larger scale brewing equipment is very expensive and can be prohibitive for someone trying to start a brewery. There is nothing wrong with buying used equipment from an already established brewer. In fact, they should get points for recycling equipment instead of buying new.
The new distillery in Cleveland, Tom's Foolery, also did the same. And even had the former owners of the equipment train them and help them on their first batches. The communities of brewers and distillers are tight knit and help each other. This should not be looked at as a cop out or a negative.
