Follow up comments to the first post made it seem like the whole post was negative from the start, and that i missed the point. Sorry I read something into it that wasn't true.

I am a very positive very upbeat person. I really try to see the best in people and things. I LOVE
Lakewood and Lakewood residents. Think of the millions of things that go on in this town that I
never comment on positive or negative, most I would think are OK, or OK for some part of the
populace in this town. I grew up in a world where there were no kudos for doing what you are paid
to do, only when you go far beyond the call of duty or actually excel in an endeavor. I grew up
when there were three colored ribbons for 15 people to compete for.
