Interesting concept.
Maybe a special edition Lakewood Observer pizza would be in order.
What do you say, Jim? Perhaps a sausage, black olive, pepperoncini, and anchovy combination?
Maybe there should be a general LO pizza with an option for specially dressed versions, like an LO O'Bryan signature model with arrabiata sauce?
What should the LO pizza be?
Possibilities are endless. Months of testing ahead.

Congratulations to Adam Carroll and Zappitelli's Pizza for winning People's Choice at the Pizza Bake Off.
Steve and I told you this was damn good pizza.
Adam, thanks for starting up here in Lakewood, and let's be honest, it is the only award that matters.

Ordered delivery from Zappitelli's last night...and boy, are we glad we did!
I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni (the usual), and a meatball sub & house salad for my wife. The house salad came with balsamic vinaigrette, their house dressing.
Everything was fantastic!
