15 is south of the RR tracks between Belle and St Charles
17 is in front of Marc's Plaza
16's got me stumped.... You really didn't give us much to work with on that one!

I think #16 is the one on Warren, just north of Detroit and The Place To Be restaurant. It is one of my favorites because its volunteer garden is obviously well loved and cared for.
