For crying out loud! He is the Mayor and controls the LHA Board!

Look at pages 9 and 10 of the attached Motion and ask: If Summers doesn't already have this stuff, why isn't he demanding that LHA and Toby Cosgrove give it all to him?

If Toby says no, then no deal.

This whole thing with Summers sending Butler out and saying the City has no control over LHA is a scam!

Summers could tell them to produce the documents they have and they would do it in a New York minute.

Summers is playing a con on the public.

This guy will go down as the most corrupt Mayor in the History of Lakewood.

It is amazing and shocking how such a "great deal for Lakewood," has to be covered up, hidden behind $1 million in spin, and by stonewalling public record requests. One would start to think they might not be "forthcoming" on how good it was for Lakewood.
