Lakewood Hospital & Charter Review - Did the Butler Do It?

Post by marklingm »

Does anyone know which Charter Review Commission Member(s) raised the issue of the Lakewood Hospital during the Charter Review Commission Meetings?

Jim O'Bryan and I were so busy debating whether Professor Plum and Colonel Mustard were trying to sneak a "city manager" into the Billiard Room that we simply didn't witness the Dagger being inserted into the Lakewood Hospital.

The minutes and agendas of the Charter Review Commission Meetings can be found at http://www.onelakewood.com/Boards_Commissions/CharterCommission.aspx.

While I did a cursory review of the minutes and agendas, I still can't figure out who stabbed the Dagger into the Lakewood Hospital during the Charter Review.

Does anyone know who did it?

Well you were debating what exactly?

You, Lakewood's other Nostradomus (Bill Call the other one) was promising the rest of us
"it's a done deal." Which of course was wrong and really drops your percentages. I kept
trying to explain to you had they wanted a sure deal, they would have changed the make-up.
And let's not forget, in the end you were screaming for a City Manager.

Steve Davis who has been on 3 Charter Reviews said Miss Peacock had brought it up just
before going to the kitchen for the wrench 6 years ago. And the charter review a2 years
ago saw Mr. Green talk about it while playing with a short section of pipe. (An effort to
keep one thread on topic)

Thanks! I figured we should keep with the natatorium theme.

Now, seriously, who raised the Lakewood Hospital issue at the charter review meetings?

If you don't know, that's okay.

You can just "pass" to someone who does.
