A Hospital Study: What Are Summers and City Council Hiding?

While I wonder where Anderson and O'Leary have been ... since all these Lakewood Hospital shenanigans didn't happen overnight, I applaud them for trying to shine some light on the hospital debacle ... although way too late.

City Council should provide a transparent and accountable study before anyone makes a final decision based upon a process that has clearly taken place in the shadows.
