Here is the full report from Subsidium Healthcare as given to the Hospital Board,
Lakewood Hospital Foundation and City of Lakewood.

BE CAREFUL! IT IS NOT ALL AS IT SEEMS!

While some things sound great on the slide, when you dig further into the deal, you will
see that all is not what it seems.

This is not saying there was something corrupt, what I mean is when you take a 60 page
contract and boil it down to one slide, somethings might not be covered.

Carry on.

This Subsidium Report cost the Lakewood Hospital Association a mere 1/2 a million dollars. I'm in the wrong business.

I see a BIG "Prepared for Distribution Date," which always makes me wonder, hmmmmmmmmm
started when? Bill this could be the end of a 5 year study for all we know.

I have heard the Mayor mention dates back as far as 2010 at the Beck for when the "Soul Searching"
started. 5 years for, what was it, 1,800 Power Point slides is not that expensive.

I am always troubled that this Administration thinks of Power Point slides as a report. It would be
like calling "Classic Comics" a novel, just because they are based on one.
