I saw the for sale sign is down on the Vedda building ... anybody know anything?
Is that "Braised" restaurant in the Maria's building opening up/what's the holdup?
Anyone want to start a dead pool on the Family Dollar on Detroit?
the Dollar Discount building fix (finally) looks great. too bad it's a Dollar Discount.
Anyone notice that the two "brick" redo streets, Thoreau and Roosevelt, are still nearly pristine even with the salt and weather?
