Per an email conversation between me and Council President Madigan:
"It is, of course, an open meeting as all our COW meetings are. It's a "retreat" to talk about the upcoming Charter Review Commission."
"Open Meeting" means that Lakewood are allowed to attend. Normally, I would be there in a heartbeat ... but my Saturday schedule precludes that.
I encourage all to attend. Listen to what your elected and appointed representatives are saying. And hopefully there will be time for public comment!
