Just got word of this event. Pass it on!
Please come to Quaker Steak and Lube on Sunday, Aug. 18 where a portion of the food sales will benefit Kauffman Park Friends. This is part of QSL's one-year anniversary in Lakewood celebration. Come anytime that day, OR...
Join Kauffman Park Friends for dinner or conversation that evening. Come at 6:30 p.m. if you plan to order dinner, or 7 p.m. if ordering something lighter. Drinks are not eligible for the benefit. This will be an opportunity to get to know the people of KPF better as we anticipate increasing our need for volunteers.
If you can RSVP, that will help us determine how many tables or chairs we'll need. But if you can't RSVP, and want to come at the last minute, please come anyway.

While there, don't forget to see my official Lakewood Observer banjo. temporarily on display on their wall!
That banjo was part of some interesting times and songs!
