Yard Sale Signs? How Many?

Post by Jim O'Bryan »

Lakewood residents have been told only one sign per sale, possible one at the end of the
street as well. As the city did not want the clutter or the constant sales.

Well how about the same for businesses?

On what the residential side of Drug Mart, 2'x3' signs every 10'.

I went through the ARB proposal for Drug Mart and missed any drawing that looked like this?

There are also two A-Frames out front of one door, and a flag. Things others have been cited on.

Is the city picking on residents as businesses write their own laws?

Did Drug Mart pay the temporary sign permit for each of this temporary signs?

Or is the city selectively enforcing laws again, looking the other way for certain businesses?

I wouldn't have even though of this had the city not limited residents, and selectively
enforced these laws with other businesses.

I just do not get it.
