Join the Lakewood Family Collaborative this month and enjoy a special "Spotlight" presentation given by well-known speaker, educator, and president of LifeBalance Enterprises, Kim Langley.

Kim will help us, and the families that we work with, have a Stress-Less Holiday by helping us examine what works well and what doesn't work about our holiday experiences. She'll offer tips for minimizing holiday stress, and speak to us on how new traditions can bring new joy and less stress to our celebrations. Winter can be a tough time for us, and our clients. Kim will address the "winter blues" and how to manage sadness that some people struggle with each winter.

This is a really great opportunity to bring colleagues, friends, and anyone who is interested in learning how to fully enjoy the holiday season and the winter to come.
