All
I have been up all night taking photos of the storm damage, while finishing LO_08_22, and I have to say city services, police, and fire were right on top of everything. While there were small hiccups as there often are. Lakewood Police, Fire and City Services have always been top notch when needed in an emergency. They run nearly by themselves like a fine tuned marching.
Here is LO_08_22 celebrating Lakewood. But then the Lakewood Observer paper and project have been celebrating Lakewood since we started. The entire LO Project was a celebration of the people, and institutions in and around Lakewood. Many could not get their voice heard, others constantly felt like they were being pushed aside, and left out. It was this love of Lakewood that has made this possible, and has sustained it for nearly 10 years.
Lakewood Observer, just like Lakewood, Ohio powered by residents and love.
Stay safe, check out our photos of the storm at noon online!
