As Steven alluded to, if you're willing to judge Ted Kennedy's entire life and career on Chappaquiddick, then I suppose to you this 44-year-old incident may have some relevance. I don't see how any revelation about this incident would shed any light on Sen. McCain's ability (or lack thereof) to govern responsibly. And I've never even once considered voting for the guy.
