Anyone, who is sneezing or coughing, should stay home in the event that they have contacted coronavirus, less they spread the germs. (Okay, I get that.)
But I keep hearing, that a carrier can be asymptomatic....neither sneezing or coughing, no fever, no headache.
So.... can someone please explain, how a carrier transmits the virus, if they're NOT spewing virus particles out into the atmosphere?
Does a carrier ever get symptoms?
I've tried asking some people, but no one has an answer.
I've tried googling this, but I'm not finding an answer.
There's probably an easy explanation, that I'm simply missing.

coughing or sneezing is a faster way of exhaling. any carrier who is breathing is spreading the virus. There are viruses everywhere, but it would presumably take a minimum quantity of them to increase the chances of a significant infection.

Now I wonder...how long does the virus survive within a carrier? Indefinitely?
Or, does it fade away if not able to fully activate?
