In the thread we underline that not only did Metro offer to build a full service hospital in Lakewood, so did the Cleveland Clinic, but City Hall and "civic leaders" thought a Rec Center or to control all the money was much more important. At least for themselves and what they wanted.

So we look to another city that went on turning assets into new opportunities, just like Lakewood Hospital
