Carnegie...FBI...FRAUD? Lakewood?

Excuse me if I got this one wrong, but it would seem that Lakewood, and those that are DEVELOPMENT BLOCKED have a tendency to only go with the worst developers.

On the Westend Strip Mall project they were going with a group that was demanding $20 million up front, while the City of Cleveland was getting ready to sue them for $25 million for screwing up Shaker Square. Of course at the time, our then Mayor had asked Mayor Campbell to hold off on the lawsuit until the residents could be tricked into voting for the West End Strip Mall development. Luckily, the resident at the time were smart enough to see through that bullshit.

However with OneLakewood it would seem the lies, the cover-ups, the intimidation, the fraudulent statements by City Hall and the Finance Department, and one paper produced by the developer that not only coined the term "onelakewood" but now applies it to the glorified multi use STRIP MALL, has teamed up with another great developer, NOT!

Is this not the same Carnegie Development Group that tried to defraud the FBI?

Lies, Misrepresentation, multi-convicted thugs, failure to produce documents from court orders, missing documents, bogus papers with bogus facts, conflicts of interest, and out right intimidation of residents and local businesses, for another mediocre deal with suspect developers.

$400 million in public assets over the course of the contract turned into ZERO!!!!!

Talk about desperate from being Development Blocked...
