After a winless 2016 season and a winless start to the 2017 season, it was a treat for all involved to witness the Lakewood High School football team defeat Westlake High School today in a hard fought 28 - 25 win.
They may not win many games, but the team has heart and it is great to see the support they get from the marching band and others even at away games.
Two more games left this season with next week (October 20) being the last home game at 7 PM.
Congrats to Lakewood High School for first football win of season.
