IT will be interesting to see what Summers signals with the "Charlie Decision" this week.

Will stubborn Summers defy the Ohio Appeals Court decision that ruled breed specific laws were unconstitutional?

If so, expect further litigation, costing the city (read: us taxpayers) ever more money.

The city has asked for another week before it announces its decision regarding the dog Charlie.

I assume they are desperately trying to craft a response that will keep the bully ban in place while allowing Ms Scott to keep her dog.

Good luck with that!
