You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “The Observation Deck” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us.
I'd like to call attention to the words abusive, obscene, vulgar, and hateful. That stuff should stop.
That should pretty much silence the Deck...and people are saying lawsuits are trying to silence the Deck.

Todd was clearly writing about your freind Kate Parker and her language designed to turn folks away from the Deck and you then shamelessly paint all Deck posters with that same brush.

Your abuse of the truth, your obscene exposure of your mind, and your vulgar relationship with facts, all display your hateful attitude toward the Deck, its founder and Deck posters.

Your attempts to drag everyone else down to your low level of public indecency is transparent with each of your posts.

Hence, "there it is again"
Now you are singling people out while looking past yourself. There it is again.

Essi,

Reality check...If kate e parker was holding a glass of your Kool Aid while swearing non-stop your group would be advised and told to support her 100%. In fact, the cronies would come out in numbers as they have done already here.

Didn't want to buy it, just wanted to take the picture? I'm almost flattered.

Real Reality check.... Your sidekick and fellow" Build Lakewood" supporter kate e parker , has used a variation of the "n" word, has used the phrase "f** you " , has used the word "motherf****" on this site. Aimed at individuals on this site. (And no, she didn't use symbols, she typed the full words.) Unlike you, I don't make excuses for anyone spewing that sort of sewage in a public forum.

If you are aware of anyone from SLH who has engaged in that level of incivility, that level of vulgarity, on The Deck, I urge you to call them out. Because unlike you, I won't hesitate to condemn that language.

The reality is that kate e parker's 'Hi motherf****",' completely encapsulates Team Summers' and Build Lakewood's attitude towards the rest of us.

I do not have a sidekick nor do I know kate e parker. I do not know if she is Build Lakewood. Do you know if she is a member? I do know that she bothers the heck out of SL here on the Deck. I also know that that a SL member has been repeatedly and intentionally calling her a male on the Deck for a long time. I know that no one on SL has frowned upon that person vocally on the Deck. You need to look past vulgarity alone on the Deck and you will see the true shining colors of the SL people you love so much. Your cronies are no better than a person who uses vulgarity on here. Go ahead, start your condemning of SL people - I'm sure you won't do it.

Thank you for the reminder.... While I may have the mouth of a drunken sailor at times (normally during Browns games) I do not post that online as it can be offensive to most and I would like to think others would have that same courtesy. If I can't/won't say it to my momma, I will not say it in public.

I speak plainly, rossen, so it's easy to call me out. i suppose if I spoke in circles, circumvented questions, and called people hateful, evil liars then all would be ok. however, I like to make it easy for this group since most of them seem easily thrown off.

Some households may or may not speak the way others do. Does this make them better or worse? Or just different?

It amuses me that they are worried about vulgar words when they miss their own big picture offensive messaging. Calling out swear words and overlooking their own themes and offensives seems very shallow, short-sighted and narrow minded of them. Self reflection can be a hard thing to do, maybe that is why they overlook it so often.

I am still waiting for them to address and condemn their followers for intentionally calling you by the wrong name, a man's name, over and over again. It will never happen because that would mean they would have to admit fault and turn against their own. They are not strong enough to do that. kate e parker - maybe that is why you are you and they are not. Your strength shows.

some of these posters are free to say what they want about JFF or the entire rossen family with a hateful wink in their eyes and it's ok.

some of these posters are free to imply that our fire chief is a paid stooge of the summers admin and it's ok.

some of these posters are free to repeatedly call you and I out in threads that we aren't even posting in and it's ok.

some of these posters are free to start entire, lame threads devoted to us and it's ok. (we are rockstars, rossen!)

some of these posters are free to call me your wife and it's ok.

some of these posters are free to call me a man over and over and it's ok.

some of these posters are free to call people ignorant, evil, liar, shill, etc. and it's ok.

but throw out a few "motherfuckers" and everyone loses their minds.
