Are Turkeys In Lakewood Coming or Going?

Post by Brian Essi »

Here's a hen turkey I caught walking on Clifton this morning.

It appeared she may have been heading for the nearby bus stop.

This time of year Gobblers can seem like sexual predators.

Is there any basis for council action to protect hen turkeys in our city from these aggressive Gobblers?

Lakewood city folks are getting a close up of actual non-Buterball turkeys.

Somewhere Ben Franklin is smiling.
