The baseball tournament draw was just held, and we may be line for a crosstown tournament postseason matchup.
Both Lakewood and St. Edward will play in the Strongsville District.
LHS baseball earned a first round bye, and will play the winner of a Parma vs. Normandy game on May 12 at 4:30 at Lakewood High School.
A Ranger win would almost certainly result in matchup with St. Edward.
St. Edward also earned a tournament bye, and will face the winner of the John Marshall/Max Hayes game on May 12 at 4:30.
The Lakewood/St. Edward tournament game would happen at Strongsville High School on May 18 at 5pm.
In order to prevent confusion, please note that Lakewood and St. Edward will play a regular season game on May 8 at 7pm.
That game, which will take place at Lakewood High School, will be the Rangers Senior Night.
