How does that mesh with the federal testing requirements? Don't the students still have to pass standardized tests in order to prevent the school and/or district from being penalized?

During the School Board election Mr. Calleri pointed out that the construction budget was over budget and that the School operating budget will soon have substantial deficits. Current school board members vehemently denied the allegations.

We are ill served at all levels of government.

A Special Board of Education Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. in the Board Auditorium at the Lakewood Board of Education Building, 1470 Warren Road, Lakewood, Ohio 44107 for consideration of a resolution to acknowledge Ohio School Facilities Commission scope of work adjustment and to acknowledge the obligation to contribute district’s proportional share of actual cost overruns in certain circumstances and any other business that may come before the Board.
