I was out at Sam Ash back in the repair room, and Dean Cohen, their repair guru mentioned he was coming to Lakewood with his band "The Del Rios" who specialize in and claim to be the Clevo Surf Rock Champs! So here is a chance for triple history! The 5-Oclock one of Lakewood's oldest and most legendary bars* located at 11904 Detroit Ave. Once again owned by the family that started it, having Cleveland legend Dean Cohen play great version of great historic surf tunes, might appeal to some.
If nothing else take some time and check out the 5 O'clock, and take in some original ambiance, and have a drink at one of Tom Hank's favorite watering holes in Lakewood when he lived here. The other being Merry Arts.
