COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE

The Committee of the Whole will meet Monday, October 26, 2015 at 6:00 PM. in the Council Conference Room (2nd floor) of Lakewood City Hall, 12650 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio. The agenda is as follows:

General conversation about the Letter of Intent submitted to Council by the Lakewood Hospital Association (LHA), the Lakewood Hospital Foundation (LHF), and Cleveland Clinic (referred 1/20/15), including the potential purchase of property; the sale of real or personal property by competitive bid if disclosure of the information would result in a competitive advantage to the person whose personal, private interest is adverse to the general public interest; and/or pending litigation. A motion to enter executive session for the majority of this discussion will likely be made.

Lori, Ms. Madigan and apparently the rest of City Council are no longer about open and transparent government. That's not how they roll. They have made it very clear that they are comfortable hiding behind Kevin Butler's cover and are all too willing to slink into the backroom to make critical decisions behind closed doors . This is a shadow government. This is a sham. Eric Sandy from The Scene nailed it, "The city deserves better - specifically from it's bumbling City Council".

Public Safety Committee Meeting

The Public Safety Committee will meet Monday, October 26, 2015 at 5:30 P.M. in the Council Conference Room (2nd floor) of Lakewood City Hall, 12650 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio. The agenda is as follows:
