Golden Retriever on Alameda

Does anybody know the person who lives on Alameda and walks a Golden Retriever named Seneca?

I've known him for about 8 years although was never sure of his name. I think it is Mike. We used to run into each other in Rocky River at Elmwood Park when our dogs were puppies. I used to occasionally run into him on Lake/Edgewater while walking my Golden's. I haven't seen him for about a year walking.

I have some information for him regarding Seneca as our dogs are related.
I'd really like to try and find him.
