I'm okay with nametags, but do we have to wear ones with our own names on them?

I agree. I use the "search" and "past post" functions a lot. While I do not always agree with positions taken on the Deck, each post serves as an important resource - as John explained. For example, I find the "Looping in Lakewood Schools" post to be very informative.
