Lakewood Sherwin Williams

Post by Dee Krupp »

I just wanted to vent a bit. I admit, I generally shop at Home Depot....and have spent quite a bit of money fixing up my house over the years, but I decided to give Sherwin Williams a shot and went there to purchase paint and some other wall covering. I visited the store 2x in the past week, and I'm highly disappointed in their customer service. The employees were not very friendly, both times I waited at the checkout counter to ask a question and was not acknowleged in a timely or friendly manner (a simple "hi...someone will be right with you" can do wonders) and it definitely appeared they showed preferential treatment to their commercial clients. They've lost any potential business they would've had from me.

Next time go to Lkwd Hardware and get some Ben Moore.

Better paint and good customer service.

Writing a letter to the manager might have some effect, as well. For what it's worth, I've had no problems at that store.

I find better service at the S-W store on Center Ridge Road in Rocky River. Nicer guys behind the counter, and way more helpful.
