LO Meet and Greet??

Post by Ivor Karabatkovic »

Haven't had one in a while!

with the summer ending I'd hope to get everyone together, meet some new people, etc. etc.

Maybe Gary Rice and I can provide a few tunes for the evening, if there are any blues fans out there?

Great food, Bela Dubby vibe... always a good time.

Let's make it a date!

Even if it's just for a few minutes, we want to come too.

Call John or Jill see when is a slow night for them. It has gotten very busy there.

We also have a couple other options that might work if bela is busy including, a bowling party at Mahall's that has been in the works, but hard to nail down with the rest.

I like blues music. My daughter has been working with Lakewood's most famous musician learning the harmonica too...

Seems like every night we have something going on, but if I'm free that night I/we may show up.

We could try the West End Tavern on a Monday or Tuesday - there's usually room in the back. I'd love to join you wherever you pick.

If Bella's doesn't work out, or whatever,
the bar at Mahall's isn't that busy during the week if at all, and it has a comfortable atmosphere. I'm sure Tom or Kurt would welcome us all. They also have a party room we probably could wander into too. I can give them a call also.

There's even a great area in the bar that Karen and I had our band play in, bringing music "back" in there since the last of the "big bands".

(We talked with Kurt to debut our blues/jazz band there soon anyway).
